YOUR CAMPER - YOUR RULES
You have full control over when you want to use it, if you allow pets inside, and if you would like to allow it to be rented for festivals and tailgating. Just let us know when your camper is available, we will add your unit into our fleet, stock it with all of the rental necessities, get it staged, get it listed across the rental platforms that we currently use, handle all marketing and promotions, contracts, deliveries, billing, insurance, repairs, damage claims, propane refills, emptying waste holding tanks and cleaning. We split the gross rental rate with the owner, provide a monthly ledger with payments, and you still get to use your camper whenever you want!
WE KEEP YOUR ASSET MAINTAINED
Our awesome RV Tech will take care of any minor maintenance issues that come up, keep all those cabinet doors working properly, and tighten up all those latches and hinges. We can even fix most major issues without having to take it to a service center to sit around waiting on parts and someone to look at it. Your camper is inspected after each rental, and cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
PEACE OF MIND
Not only do we have a very detailed process that we go through before each rental to vet the renters and make sure they have the necessary equipment to tow your camper, but we also require that they sign a detailed SRA (supplemental rental agreement) that goes over all of our rules and expectations. When they arrive to pick up the camper or upon delivery, we have an extensive walk-through checklist where we go over each operating system to make sure they have the proper knowledge to use the camper, and we make sure they understand our rules and expectations.
TRACK YOUR UNIT 24/7
We require that each unit in our fleet is equipped with reliable GPS, where we can track the location 24/7 and can monitor the speed at which it is traveling. If your unit is not equipped with GPS, don't worry ... we'll order one for you, install it, and give you access to the account where you can track the location of your unit at any time. The monthly service fee to the GPS company is deducted from your monthly statement ($15/mo). It's GREAT peace-of-mind, and no money out of your pocket!

Once we agree that it's a good fit for both Owner (you) and Agent (Double S Rentals) we will select a check-in date and send you an agreement via DocuSign. It's as easy as that!
